Lifelong passion for dentistry drives Las Vegas native.

Las Vegas general dentist Dr. Kent Lysgaard's Nevada roots run deep. A multi-generational native Nevadan, Dr. Lygaard is proud to continue the legacy established by his father, Robert Lysgaard DDS, in 1959 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Lysgaard learned the importance of establishing long term patient relationships by providing gentle, skilled, and compassionate care while growing up around his father's practice. 

 

A proud graduate of Las Vegas' Bishop Gorman High School, Dr. Lysgaard attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Lysgaard continues honing his dental skills by attending continuing education courses every year. 

 

Dr. Lysgaard is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association, and Southern Nevada Dental Society.

 

When not working, Dr. Lysgaard is an accomplished fly fisherman and family man.
